I admit it. I am a Luddite. My spouse is the one that keeps up with technology and tells me when I need a new phone. He was one of the first to get an Ipod when they came out. I, on the other hand, just got a pair of wireless headphones. I wear them when I am working outside doing loud things, like running the chipper shredder or the leaf blower. I use the headphones paired with my Smartphone, but my spouse suggested getting an MP3 player because they are so versatile. I found this Innioasis music player and ordered it. The first thing I like about it is its compact size; it fits in my pocket better than my phone. It comes with a set of wired earbuds and a variety of ear pieces so you can get a good fit for your ears.
Now I haven't had this MP3 player long enough to be an expert on it, but I will tell you what I do know. There are two screens worth of shortcuts on this player. It comes with downloaded apps like Spotify, Amazon Music, and Pandora, which will require subscriptions. I happen to be an Amazon Prime member, so my understanding is that I get Amazon Music free, but I haven't figured out how to sign into it. You also have access to Kindle and Ebooks if you like to read. There is a shortcut for FM radio if you have stations that you like listening to. There is a clock function, a calculator, a timer, and a stopwatch.
Like I said before, I am a Luddite, so it is going to take a while before I get familiar with all of the functions that this MP3 player performs. I have gone into Spotify for free to see how the music sounds using the earbuds. The sound quality coming from the earbuds is great. My next task is to see if I can get my wireless headphones to pair with the MP3 player. I think my spouse is going to have to help me with that.

Sounds great for music and some additional features
Back when MP3 players first came out, there were only a few companies making them but now there are many in the market. The technology is common place but there are still some issues like sound quality and extra features to distinguish between the different choices.This Innioasis is a nice choice that sound great with plug-in headphones or Bluetooth sets. This is essentially an Android based system without the cell capability. As such, it handles Pandora, Amazon Music, as well as some obscure music services.It has a basic web browser but the big part is that the music sounds great and it is quick and responsive.There is a memory slot as well on the side to expend your memory to hold all your music files. The included earbuds are okay but not the best. I prefer to use my own instead.The interface is pretty basic but easy to navigate around in.The screen is a 4" LCD that is fairly sharp and bright. There are side buttons for volume and power on/off.It is charged by USB-C and seems to run for 5 to 6 hours if the screen is on.Overall, if you are looking for a dedicated music player that holds all your music and just works without issue, then this is a nice choice. It is solid and well build and comes with music-centric apps. You cannot add or uninstall them but it covers all the bases. For the price, this is a pretty solid winner.

This MP3 Player is a fantastic product, with a beautiful design and a satisfying weight in hand that adds a premium feel to it. It feels almost like an Android smartphone without the communication features, reminding me of the iPod Touch from years ago—a touch of nostalgia I appreciate.
I love the powerful functionality of this device. Not only does it support local music playback, but it also comes with pre-installed streaming apps like Spotify, Pandora, and Amazon Music. Streaming over WiFi opens up a wide variety of audio content, and I tested Amazon Music, it worked flawlessly.
The 4-inch touch screen is a great size. easy to hold and just right for viewing details without being overly bulky. The screen is sharp and responsive, making navigation feel as natural as using a smartphone.
The built-in speaker delivers clear audio, which, while not exceptional, is sufficient for casual listening. It also offers other features beyond music playback, including video playback and recording, adding more entertainment options.
The MP3 player comes with a quality pair of wired earphones that double as an FM antenna—a very practical touch. I appreciate that, as it enables FM radio functionality, which is surprisingly handy. The main intended use for the mp3 player is to import your music stored on another device, and there are plenty of options the easiest being to transfer the music using a USB-C connection on the mp3 to a USB-A or C connection on the device the music is stored...
I have long done away with my own mp3-Flac recordings for music streaming... and despite the device not having Android support so no PlayStore, It comes with the major music apps already installed, Amazon, Apple, Tidal, Spotify, Deezer, and one for our American cousins Pandora.
You can also upload other music sources using the Chrome browser.
As well as music, you can upload your photos, there is also an FM radio, E-book, Kindle etc.
All in a lightweight super portable player with a crisp 4-inch display.

The first thing you notice when switching on is the number of preinstalled apps. There are several music apps such as Apple, Spotify and Amazon Music. There are also lots of e-readers, such as Kindle and eBook. As I have Spotify and Amazon Music on my phone I do not have any need for these. I think the screen is a bit small to read a book on so I won't be using any of the e-readers. I will delete all the apps that I won't use to free up a bit of space and make the opening screen less cluttered.
I may try the audio book apps so will keep these for now.
The FM Radio has worked well so far. You need to use plug in headphones for the radio to work, a set is included. It is easy to tune the radio in and it automatically stores the stations. Any favourite stations are shown on the main radio screen.
Music is easily loaded onto the player and accessed through the Music app. Here you can view your music by Title, Album or Artist.
I found the MP3 player quickly connects to my internet and Bluetooth speakers. It is also easy to use in the car with an auxiliary cable.
I can't see me using this MP3 player to access any apps where I need WIFI as I may as well use my phone, but it has a good amount of storage space due to the micro SD card to store plenty of music to listen to when at the gym or out and about, which is why I ordered it.
